Website + Customer Management Application

Contexte

CISTE is an inter-company workplace health and environment firm. They want to better manage the interaction with their customer by digitizing the whole process of effective daily customer management through web technology.

After drafting the functional specifications, we started with the design of the website, behind which we developed the web application that allows CISTE to better manage its client portfolio.

We also took care of the referencing and the submission of the site in professional directories.

Finally, we trained the staff in the management and administration of the platform.

We worked jointly with the client at every stage of the process to effectively achieve the objectives. We corrected as many times until the customer was satisfied.
