Contexte
As AGETIP staff are often on the move and far from the office and their computer, the CEO wanted them to be able to always respond to emergencies no matter where they are. It is in this context that the training was initiated.

We trained staff on how to stay professionally productive on the go through 12 must-have Android apps to keep working on the go. We introduced participants to the applications and tools to :
- Take better possession of your Android phone
- Stay connected to your computer from your Android phone to continue to access your files and folders in real time.
- Create and edit Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF documents
- Archive, scan and save documents from your Android phone
- Make a plan and better manage your professional agenda
- Take notes automatically in writing or by voice
- Sign documents online
Apart from these applications, we have also seen some tricks and techniques.
The participants came out of this training satisfied and above all happy to discover so many solutions of which they were unaware. They reassure that this will allow them to more effectively achieve company objectives and be more productive.
